Black fibreglass flyscreens and white-framed aluminium windows keep the exterior clean, while inside, hybrid flooring in a neutral raw tone runs throughout the living areas, paired with soft Lexicon Quarter walls. The kitchen features a 20mm Evostone benchtop in White Sand, gloss white polyurethane cabinetry with nickel handles, and quality Haier appliances including a ceramic cooktop and slide-out rangehood.

The bathroom brings a designer touch with Albany Grey floor tiles, gloss white rectified wall tiles, a semi-frameless shower screen, and chrome tapware throughout, plus a walnut-toned vanity with stone benchtop. Limestone roller blinds add warmth to the living spaces, and ceiling fans with lights are fitted to both bedrooms for year-round comfort.

This build also includes a few thoughtful upgrades our client chose to encourage top rental return: a slightly larger concrete porch, a wide 1.8m glass sliding door for extra light and flow, and a skillion roof with a raked ceiling to the living area for a more open, elevated feel.
